HRM Closed Immersion Cooling

We are proud to introduce our HRM-4 (Hypotherm Rack Mount), closed immersion cooling per individual server.

Our Closed Immersion Cooling System

Immersion cooling is designed to fit industry-standard 19″ racks, offering hot-swappable I/O capabilities and a modular architecture. One cassette can efficiently cool equipment with a power load of up to 4 kW.

The HRM operates silently and is inspired by the principles of Open Compute, providing an innovative, scalable solution for modern data center needs.

Getting comfortable with Immersion Cooling

Our innovative design eliminates the need for an external Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU). Each cassette is equipped with its own heat exchanger, creating an extremely compact solution that seamlessly integrates into today’s data centers. We’ve worked smart to simplify the complexity of the HRM-4, resulting in a product that is ideal for retrofitting your data center. The HRM-4 delivers sustainability and future-proofing in one elegant package.

Each server is safely enclosed in its own dielectric liquid housing. The cassettes are portable, easy to install, and highly adaptable, perfect for any IT setup.

Why didn't this exist yet?

Often people ask why this concept doesn’t exist yet. Our story will probably enlighten that: We think it is because we came to this design while working on a high-performance cooling solution that needed to be rugged and mobile.

For the pro-audio market, the demands are different; off-road use, roadies building stages and moving equipment; quite different from a quiet, stable configuration in a controlled environment such as a datacenter. We NEEDED closed and portable cassettes for our electronics.
